What we do with what you send

Short version: your request goes to our sales desk, and nowhere else.

Quote requests

The quote form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, your shipping address, the items you need, quantities, and any notes you add.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.

Where it goes

Both forms are sent by email to orders@southwestdist.com, where the sales team answers your request. The forms are delivered through Usebasin, a third party form service that processes the submission on our behalf. Questions typed into Southwest Bot are sent to our website provider's chat service to generate an answer.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Maps

The map on the home and contact pages is Google Maps. It loads only after you allow it or click Show map, and Google may then set its own cookies. Nothing loads before that.

Your choice

That choice is stored in your browser and nothing else is. You can change it at any time with Privacy settings in the footer, which brings the prompt back.
